Epic ROM] MIUI 10 8.8.16 7.0 Redmi Note 3 Pro(Snapdragon) and SE

Today I am proudly presenting the update of EPIC ROM for our beloved Redmi Note 3 Pro aka KENZO. The ROM is based on Nougat (7.0).
The ROM is super stable and can be used as a daily driver. For better and thorough details about the features of this ROM kindly read below. Do spend some time reading the EPIC ROM features. Its worth reading all that. In the end of the introduction I will say that follow the guide properly and GOOD LUCK.
Requirements: Bootloader must be officially unlocked [(Not responsible for getting your device bricked with the unofficial bootloader unlock) didn't tried that so sorry for that] ,Redwolf or OrangeFox TWRP recovery, Epic ROM, My Instructions, Patience.

Installation Steps
- Download and Flash TWRP recovery [Redwolf or OrangeFox].
- Download the ROM from the link below.
- Copy both of these files to your Internal/ SD card/ OTG.
- Boot into TWRP.
- Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe.
- Wipe System, Data ,Cache, Dalvik Cache.
- Go back.
- Go to install and flash the ROM file.
- Wipe caches.
- Finally Reboot System.
- It takes some time for first boot. So do not worry.
- Complete initial setup and enjoy the new Epic ROM.

ReplyDeleteGoodix don't work on port ROMS. No heating issue. It will definitely go above 50 degress if you use heavily in direct sunlight or in hot area.

DeleteIf its still not fixed then kindly try rebooting. If after rebooting its causing the issue then download the fix available in post.

ReplyDeleteused it for 2 weeks, just random reboots is the only issue.
I never faced that, you need to reflash it again with the recovery given above. If you use the recovery i mentioned then there will be no issue.

ReplyDeleteAirtel 4G works perfectly but Airtel VoLTE is not working. To enable Airtel 4G VoLTE, there is a guide on XDA Developers.
DeleteI faced network bug. After reboot, network icon chnage to 3G and mobile data is not available even mobile data is enable. Tell me how to fix. I flashed again and again.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reaching me out here. I have two options for you, flash the firmware zip file for your device (kenzo/kate), it can be beta or stable firmware and see if it fixes the issue. If not you can try changing the kernel. Or try reinserting the SIM Card(s) in the SIM Tray. I tested this ROM for about 2 months and I never faced this issue. I hope the above suggestions will fix your issue.
