How To Fix Android Dialer Crash In Redmi Note 3 Pro

Hi Guys
I am back with another fix tutorial. Have you faced the stock android dialer crash after switching android ROMS in Redmi Note 3 Pro. Fear no more, I have found the fix. It works 100% and there is no need to flash fastboot rom again to fix the issue.

Requirements: Minimal ADB Tools, Any TWRP Recovery [I prefer OrangeFox R10], the fix file and this tutorial.

NOTE: THIS FIX IS FOR REDMI NOTE 3 PRO ONLY. iT CAN BE FLASHED ON MIUI 9 OR MIUI 10 AND ON ANY AOSP ROM [PE, VIPER, AEX, ARROW,BOOTLEGGERS, ETC]. DO NOT FLASH THIS ON OTHER DEVICE.

Usage Scenarios

• Android dialer is crashing on aosp roms
• Screen not turning off during calls
• Auto brightness not working or behaving weirdly

Method 1: Using Fastboot mode

1. Turn off the device and boot to fastboot mode using Vol- and Power button.
2. Connect it to PC.
3. Download the Minimal ADB Tools given below.
4. Extract them and open the folder.
5. Run MAF32.exe from that folder.
6. Type fastboot devices and press Enter to verify if your device is connected or not.
7. Type fastboot erase persist and press Enter.
8. Type fastboot flash persist FIX.img and press Enter.
9. Type fastboot reboot and press Enter or you can manually reboot to system using power button.
10. Voila you successfully fixed the issue.

Method 2: Using Orangefox Recovery R10

1. Download the fixed file and extract it in the internal memory.
2. You will get FIX.img
3. Now reboot to recovery mode to open OrangeFox recovery.
4. Find the file and click on it.
5. And now select the persist partition.
6. Swipe to flash it. 
7. Reboot to system and enjoy the fix.
