Google Pay/ PhonePe/ PayTM UPI Registration Fix
Hi!!! Ramandeep here with yet another useful post. This time Christo helped me in this. Thanks Christo for the help.
Introduction:
When you sign into your UPI app, it sends an sms using your number to your bank to confirm your login credentials.
It usually should pass on its own but it doesn't often when you have your bank mobile number set as secondary sim. This happens mostly in AOSP ROMS.
Requirements: Pulse app and this guide.
Steps to fix this? Follow the below guide.

- Download "Pulse" SMS app.
- Then set it as the default SMS app.
- Now go to Sim settings and make your Bank Mobile Number as the sim to be used for SMS.
- Reboot
- Try to sign in again now using your UPI app and it should work now.
