How to Apply 3rd party theme in MIUI without Root

Hi Guys,
Many People are asking me "How To apply 3rd party Theme" in MIUI
So Today I'm Going To Tell You About "How To Apply For MIUI THIRD-PARTY Themes". Now you will not face the following error and can easily install any theme.

Method 1: By registering for MIUI Designer Account

Step 1 : Register Your MIUI Account as MIUI Designers.

1. Open this link  and login with your MI Account.
2. Select Bounding Account Type As Individual Designers.
3. Fill The Form.
4. Upload Your Real Picture.
5. When System Asks For Bank Details Skip It.
6. Choose Registration
7. Accept Agreement And Register.
8. Ok now its done.
9. Wait for 24 hours, you will receive the confirmation mail.

Step 2 : Importing the Third-party Themes :

1. Open Theme App.
2. Click On Offline.
3. Click On Import .
4. Now Just Browse the theme you downloaded using file explorer.
5. Click OK.
6. Theme will be installed and come in offline section .
7. Now simply apply the theme and enjoy.

Method 2: Without registering for MIUI Designer Account

1. Download apk and obb file from the links given below.
2. Extract the downloaded obb file using WinRAR or any zip extractor to get .obb file.
3. Move the file alongwith the folder in Android -> obb.
4. Install the APK.
5. Grant Permissions requested by the app.
6. Browse (for .mtz files).
7. Click “Start”.
8. Do not change anything. 
9. Click “Next”.
10. Keep the name and path be default and Click “Finish”.
11. The theme resources will start loading.
12. Click “OK” to install the theme to Themes app.
13. The theme will be installed.
14. Once the theme is installed you can exit the app and apply the theme from Themes app.
